MANILA (23 Feb 2018) - As part of the Duterte administration's campaign to go after tax evaders, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on Friday filed a tax evasion complaint before the Department of Justice (DOJ) against Golden Donuts Inc. (GDI), exclusive franchiser and license grantee of US company Dunkin Donuts, for failing to pay PhP1.118-billion in taxes.
