Naic kicks off 7th Pawikan Festival at Labac Beach Front

NAIC, Cavite (23 Feb 2018) - Naic Mayor Junio C. Dualan will lead the day-long festivities marked with coastal clean-up, games, and contests as the town celebrate its 7th Pawikan (sea turtle) Festival at the town's Labac Beach Front on Friday.
