President Duterte signs Universal Health Care Law

MALACANANG, Metro Manila - President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, signed the Universal Health Care Act (R.A. 11223) into law which will automatically enroll all Filipinos under the government's health insurance program.
